We have had a really fun summer, i will try to remember it all. June turned one, Savannah turned 7, Adelia turned 5, she had a great birthday party at the lake, aunt Mary took the pictures i cant wait to see them. We went to Boise twice, and got to visit Family. We went to North Carolina and had a blast with everyone there.The girls did really well traveling, they loved the beach. Savannah and Dell got swimmers itch from the lake, not fun. We got a new puppy, Edith. June learned how to walk. Vannah and Dell had a sleepover at grandma Nelsons they had so much fun. Sage took her turn yesterday, grandma came to get her, they went to McDonalds,the zoo, and the park. Then Sage wanted to come home, when grandma brought her back she was asleep. Lots of sprinkler under the trampoline, lots of staying up late and sleeping in. Now its back to school! Adelia was so excited to ride the bus, i hope that she has a great first day of Kindergarten.

Tyler, Kristen,Tucker, and Colten came to visit and we had such a good time with them. I got some really cute Easter pictures of the kids and can't find my camera. I had to get the pictures off my phone, We had to have pictures of Sadie, i am sad they didn't turn out. Next time use the real camera. The girls love there new cousin, its kind of funny, at first they didn't want to hold her and then they all warmed up too her, just like when June was born. By the end of the visit Sage was attached. She was trying to carry her around like she does June. Sadie is so cute i can't believe that my babies were all around that size its crazy. They grow so fast. I hope we see here again soon.

What a crazy couple of months we have had. I am hoping that things start to calm down a little. In January we all go sick twice. Brian got really sick forgot who he was and was in the hospital for 3 days. Thank goodness for Grandma Nikki, April, and Sharla, and everyone else who helped. We lost 2 of our dogs, then found them 4 days later. Brian and Savannah moved the cows. We got Jefferson, a standard poodle stud, he is still a puppy. Got our Taxes done. Sage learned how to make cupcakes by her self. Adelia is so excited for Kindergarten, she is one smart cookie. Brian, savannah, and I spoke in chruch last week. Savannah rocked it. She is really growing up. Little June is doing better she lost weight being sick so we are trying to get it back on her. I am taking her to the doctor this week, so hopefully she gaining. We have sanvannah's parent teacher conference on friday, then dentist check ups for sage and dell. We can't wait to meet April and Brett's Baby. Savannah, Adelia, and Sage are signed up for swimming lessons in April. Savannah and dell are going to play soccer and dell is so so excited. We are planning to go to oregon and North carolina sometime within the next year. I am sure that i forgot half of the things that we did and have planned. But we love living in pingree, and everyone is well and happy,

We have had 9 calves born so far this year and the girls love to go in the field with Brian and check on them. Last night after Vannahs soccer game Brian and vannah went to ear tag the newest baby, Honna, I was inside with the other girls and got a call from Brian that she got out and that I need to get in the van and go pick them up. Lucky June was still in her car seat so i grab her and Dell and Sage and we ran barefoot to the car. We drove down to the neighbors and found Savannah and Brian but no Calf so we drove around and could not find her, so i dropped Savannah and Brian off, and drove down a side road to the archer hwy and there she was running down the middle of the hwy. So I got her in the field and went and picked up Brian and Savannah who had walked almost a mile and through all kinds of brush. Well Brian is not happy at this little thing, so after some more chasing when he gets the chance to finally catch her, he jumps on top of her they ear tag her and how does she get back to the house but in the front seat on the van.

Today was dells first day of preschool. Adelia loved school, Sage and I walked the first hour then watched them play the second. They fit a lot of activities into two hours, its a lot of fun to watch. We took the pictures through the spy window, thats what Dell called it when when would watch Savannah. Savannah is still loving kindergarten and the bus, she is learning alot, and I have found out the she plays horses at recess, pretty shocking I know.

Still waiting, the bus came 10 mintues later than we thought.

I can't believe that Savannah is in Kindergarten. She is so ready, but I am not sure that I am. I really wanted to drive her the first day, but she really wanted to ride the bus. We decided that she

could see if she liked it or not. She was so excited waiting for the bus, when it got here she jumped right on, it comes at 7:30. I told Vannah that we would pick her up from school, we got there and we were waiting outside for her, she came out with her class to get on the bus, she saw us, and walked up to me and said, " mom what are you doing here? I am riding the bus home." So she rode the bus home. Thanks to Brian, I wasn't going to let her. So from now on she will be riding the bus, until Dell starts preschool and then on Tuesdays and Thursdays i will take her, if she will let me.

Savannah loved her first day of school, and can't wait until tomorrow when she gets to go back.

Brian has been looking for a pond to take the girls fishing to for a while. He finally found one. Last night we drove down to the pond and went fishing. Brian got the polls ready while we ate doughnuts. Then Vannah and Dell were ready for there worms, which they loved. By this time Sage had fallen asleep which was probably a good thing, she probably would have wanted to go swimming instead of fishing. Well we casted two polls at once and with in 20 seconds Savannah had a fish on, and then about 2 seconds later Dells poll is darting for the water. She felt the fish on and she didn't like it so she let go, Brian caught it before it got away. Then we reeled them in, Vans fish was huge, and Dells wasn't too small. They both swallowed the hooks so we were done, all we had to do was get some pictures. Adelia was terrified of touching the fish as you can see. She was fine until she had to touch it. We all had a great time.

We had a great 4th of July. We started the day off with the Rexburg parade which is pretty big and it lasted about 2 hours. Then we came home and had lunch and had naps then got ready for Island Park. Horse rides were all the girls were talking about for days and Brian because he knew that he would get me to ride. So we got up there and Brian was out on a ride, he had a good sized group. So the girls went with the Little's, Savannah and Lacey went first, when they got back Savannah didn't want to get off, so they loaded Dell on front of Russ Little's horse or little Russ (thats what dell calls him) and Sadie on her Grandpas horse and away they went. It was almost time to go to dinner and i thought that Brian would be late with his group, but as soon as the kids left here comes Brian and his group. I am starting to feel sick. So they get the people off the horse's and gone and I know whats coming. It's my turn to ride a horse. yes it was as bad as I thought it was going to be. I didn't jump off (Brian said he would tie my feet together under the horse) and i rode for 3 minutes according to Brian but it felt a lot longer. The girls loved the ride, they can't wait to go back.
Oh, and there was a grizzly bear in the park that day, and it was big i guess there were tracks everywhere.
Any way we went to a ranch and they had a little rodeo and a dinner then we drove home watching the fireworks. It was a fun 4th of July!

We have been busy selling and delivering puppies. We have been to Boise twice and got to spend a little time with Brenda and Paul so that was fun. It makes for a long day in the car but Brian was able to come both times so that was nice.

We went to Alysa's wedding in Ogdan and delivered two puppies, we got to spend the night so that was nice. We got to see Grandma Nikki, Grandpa Steve, and Thomas so that was exciting. The girls went shopping and Brian took the boys on a horse ride so they had a fun adventure I'm sure. Thomas stayed a couple of days with us and Savannah had such a good time.

We also delivered puppy to Logan and went to April and Brett's, the girls went swimming and loved that. We have such fun aunts and uncles.

Mike and Jenny came to visit this Wednesday and it was so good to seen them, and to meet Paden. The girls loved seeing Evan and Liv. We went to the water park and had pizza and then went to see Ice Age 3. We all had a really fun time and really miss our Idaho Falls cousins.

Our garden is doing good, but like always there are lots of weeds.

The Pigs are gone, Thank goodness.

Savannah has a couple more weeks of Preschool, but don't tell her that or she gets really sad and we are trying to decide if Dell wants to go in the Fall.

We are getting ready for Dell's birthday, she wants to have a fiesta with pinatas.
And that's what we have been up too.

The other day brian gave her some matches to play with she thinks that they are so neat. Sage has learned how to play dress up! Her new favorite thing is to run around naked, she will take off all of her clothes and just run. she hates to wear diapers, most of the time i have to put panties on over the top. Hopefully she will be potty trained soon.

Our basset hound puppies are getting big! We have sold a few but they wont be 8 weeks until the end of May. For mothers day we went down to pocatello and on the way home we stop by Brian's friends house in Blackfoot and picked up a pygmy goat and her kid. They are so cute. The momma rode home in Luanne's kennel and Savannah and Dell fought over who held the baby. They are really fun. Brian also came home with 3 more bottle calves yesterday.

Savannah has had such a fun birthday week. On Saturday we went down to Logan and she had a party at McDonald's. She had fun seeing Aunts, uncles, cousins, and Grandma's & Grandpa's. Then on Monday her real birthday we went to Arctic circle and then to green canyon hot springs. They loved swimming in the warm water. Tuesday was her first day of pre school, and Grandma Nikki came to stay for two days. We got to go shopping, play Barbie's and had two very fun days. Also Charleen the horse, had her baby last night, its a colt, so everyone is excited about that.

We had a great Easter this year, we went down to Pocatello and went to church with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson. It was such a beautiful day we played outside all day, the girls loved the egg hunt.

The Ladies have arrived. Savannah finally found some milk goats, we have been looking the past month and she settled on these two lovely ladies. Savannah has wanted a milk goat for about two years now, we told her she could get one when she saved enough money, well she did that a while ago but we didn't tell her. Well any way Brian can't just get one of anything so he had to get one for him and Adeila as well. Savannah and Dell were sitting at the table trying to come up with names, brownie and sally and all the babydolls that we own are named Sally, so I said try to think of better names than that. So they came up with Twinkle and Star. Twinkle is the one with the brown and She is Vannah's, she picked her because she is hoping that she has twins. Dell's is Star the white one.

We had a beautiful Rexburg spring day, we were outside doing chores and checking on the animals. I was feeding the dogs and Brian was feeding the cows, he asked Savannah to turn on the water and water the cows. So she watered the cows and well you can see what happened next. It was about 5 o'clock and only about 45 degress out but the kids had a great time playing in the mud and really cold water.

We have been waiting and waiting for Eloise to have her puppies. She was huge so I thought that she would have them early but she waited until her due date. This has been her biggest litter she had ten puppies and they all are doing well. We have 6 males and 4 females and its are first litter to have mahogany pups so that's been exciting.

We were in the kitchen and Brian looked out the window toward the pasture and said "that cow is fixin to calve." We all went to see and sure enough the baby was coming. We came back inside and about 30 minutes later Brian and Vannah went to check on Sara and got there just in time to watch. Sara and her baby girl are doing great, In the above pictures the calf is only a minute or two old and still slimy. The girls are working on a name. Brian just bought two heifers yesterday and they are now, Holly, and Beth. So now we have Sara, Rebecca, Holly, Beth, and T-bone. Savannah just told me her name is Trixy.

Well, 21 days at 99.5 degrees and 65% humidity caused our eggs in the incubator to hatch. The wet slimy little monsters climbed out of their shells and now carry on with voracious appetites and happy little cheeps. We've sold most of the this first group but we have another 60 eggs due to start hatching tomorrow then another 60 four days later. We also have to duck eggs that when candled appeared promising. The girls and Brian have enjoyed the process.

INSTALLING HUSBAND

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NASCAR 6.0, NFL 5.1 and Golf Clubs 4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What can I do?

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1. Please note that Beer 6. 1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0-program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

Sage and the Ladybug

We have a few ladybugs that live in our window and Sage loves them. She will climb on the couch and play with them on the window. She caught one the other day and played with it for a while. She loved it and it crawled all over her. Adelia thought that it was gross that Sage would touch a bug, and when it started crawling on her Dell was screaming the hole time.

Brian's latest project

Last week we were hanging out at home and Brian was reading the paper. He suddenly got excited and I was thinking great what did he find. The next thing I know we are at some guys who has pheasants and a ton of them. Brian has been looking for an incubator for a while now. I don't think that he was planning to get one this big. It can hold around 300 eggs at a time. We have 30 in there now and will add more when Brian gets home. But in 3 short weeks we will be watching eggs hatch so that will be fun. Brian and Savannah were downstairs getting it all set up. She is just as excited as her dad, I thought that we had lots of animal projects now i don't want to think about when Savannah is old enough to talk her dad into more, wait she already does. I am sure i will be posting about a milk goat in the near future.
